Aventus Visa Agents ("Aventus," "we," "us," or "our") respects your
privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect,
how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over
your information.
This policy applies to information collected through
aventusvisaagents.com, our paid advertising channels (including
Google Ads Lead Forms), our voice agent, and any other channel
through which we interact with you.

1. WHO WE ARE
Aventus Visa Agents is a U.S. agent petitioner service for O-1 and
P-1 visa applicants. We are not a law firm and we do not provide
legal advice. We are the U.S. entity that signs and files Form I-129
as the petitioner of record, working alongside the applicant's
immigration attorney.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you give us directly, information collected
automatically when you use our website, and information we receive
from advertising platforms when you interact with our ads.
Information you give us directly:
- Name (first and last)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country of residence or citizenship
- Visa category you are pursuing (O-1A, O-1B, P-1A, P-1S, etc.)
- Profession or field
- Filing timeline
- Whether you currently work with an immigration attorney
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — see Section 5)
- Documents and information you submit during the petition process
(resume, evidence of extraordinary ability, employer or engagement
details, attorney contact information)
- Any other information you share during phone calls, emails, or
consultations
Information collected automatically when you use our website:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, click paths
- Referring URL
- Device identifiers
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9)
Information received from advertising platforms:
- When you submit a Google Ads Lead Form, Google sends us the
information you provided in that form, including your name, email,
phone number, country, and your answers to our custom questions.
- We may receive conversion and click data from Google Ads,
Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising partners.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the agent petitioner service you requested (preparing and
filing Form I-129, supporting extensions, handling petitioner-side
correspondence)
- Send you the custom quote, promo codes, and follow-up information
you requested when submitting a lead form
- Communicate with you about your account, your petition, and our
services
- Process payments
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a U.S. agent
petitioner
- Coordinate with your immigration attorney when authorized by you
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience
- Send marketing communications (only when you have opted in or as
permitted by law — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link
in any marketing email)
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, or
abuse of our services
- Comply with subpoenas, court orders, and lawful government
requests
4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR / EU AND UK USERS)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or
another jurisdiction with comparable data protection laws, we
process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent: when you submit a form or opt into marketing
- Contract: when processing is necessary to provide the petitioner
service you have engaged us for
- Legal obligation: to comply with U.S. immigration filing
requirements and other applicable laws
- Legitimate interests: to operate our business, prevent fraud,
improve our services, and communicate with prospective clients

5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
We share information only as needed to provide our services or as
required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with:
- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other
government agencies, as required to file and maintain your visa
petition.
- Your immigration attorney, when you have authorized us to
coordinate with them.
- Stripe, our payment processor, which collects and processes your
payment information directly under its own privacy policy at
- Service providers who help us operate the business, including
email and CRM platforms, hosting providers, analytics services,
and customer support tools. These providers are contractually
required to protect your information and use it only for the
services they provide to us.
- Advertising and analytics platforms, including Google Ads, Google
Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn, which may receive event and
conversion data about your interactions with our website and ads.
- Sister or partner brands within our network when relevant to your
request — for example, if you indicate that you need help finding
a U.S. employer, we may refer you to O1DMatch, a partner platform.
We will tell you when this happens.
- Law enforcement, courts, or other government entities when
required by subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process,
or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to
protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Buyers or successors in the event of a merger, acquisition,
reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy.
6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as your visa petition is
active and Aventus is your petitioner of record, plus a reasonable
period afterward for:
- Compliance with USCIS recordkeeping obligations
- Tax, accounting, and audit requirements
- Defense of legal claims
- Legitimate ongoing business needs
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and
the legal obligations that apply.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over
your personal information:
- Access: ask us what personal information we have about you
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information (subject to legal and
contractual retention requirements)
- Portability: receive a copy of your information in a portable
format
- Restriction or objection: ask us to limit how we use your
information or object to certain uses
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent to process your
information
- Opt out of sale or sharing for advertising: we do not sell
personal information, but California residents have specific
rights under the CCPA/CPRA. See Section 8.
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for
exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at

verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will
respond within the time required by applicable law (typically 30 to
45 days).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection
authority in your jurisdiction.
8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS — CCPA / CPRA NOTICE
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy
Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you specific rights
regarding your personal information. These rights are described in
Section 7 above.
Categories of personal information we have collected in the past
12 months:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address)
- Customer records (information collected during petition
preparation)
- Commercial information (purchase history)
- Internet activity (website browsing data)
- Geolocation (approximate location from IP address)
- Inferences drawn from the above to understand your needs
We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months. We
share information with advertising partners for cross-context
behavioral advertising as described in Section 5; you can opt out
of this sharing by emailing us at

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website
footer.
9. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar
technologies to:
- Operate the website
- Remember your preferences
- Measure traffic and ad performance
- Run advertising campaigns (including Google Ads conversion
tracking and Meta Pixel tracking)
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling
some cookies may affect website functionality. We honor Global
Privacy Control signals where required by law.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Aventus is based in the United States. If you are located outside
the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored
in, and processed in the United States and other countries where
our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for
international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses
where required by EU law.
11. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards to protect personal information. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our website may link to third-party websites and services that we
do not control. This policy does not apply to those services. We
encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third party
before sharing your information with them.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material
changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and
notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your
continued use of our services after a change becomes effective
means you accept the updated policy.
